Service Description

Following the Free initial consultation, the next appointment will be the longest appointment because I must gather more information about you to create a file for you. This way, I'm already familiar with you, your concerns and your progress when you book any future appointments. A regimen will be suggested for you so have a pen and paper ready to take notes. I will follow up with you on a brief call biweekly (or twice per month) for 3 months. A 90 day period is ample amount of time to see and feel noticeable results if you choose to do your best by following the regimen as close as possible.
